What we collect, what we don't, and the choices you have.
MyCalculatorLab (built and hosted by Accentra Software, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India) runs mycalculatorlab.com, a website of free online calculators (the "Service"). This policy explains what information is collected when you use the Service, how it is used, and what choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Calculator Inputs
Most calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type in, such as dollar amounts, dates, weights or blood-sugar values, are processed on your device and are not sent to us or saved on our servers. The one exception is described in the next section.
Snow Day Calculator and ZIP Codes
To estimate the chance of a school closure, the Snow Day Calculator needs a weather forecast for your area. When you enter a ZIP code and submit it, the ZIP code is sent to our server, which uses it to retrieve forecast data. We use it only to produce your result. Because the server and any weather data provider it contacts receive the ZIP code, this calculator is not purely in-browser like the others.
Contact Form Messages
If you use the Contact Us form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. We use them only to read and reply to your message, and we keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Please don't include sensitive personal information such as medical or financial details in your message.
Log Data and Analytics
Like most websites, our servers automatically record standard log data when you visit. This may include:
- Your IP address
- Browser type and version and device type
- Pages you visit and the referring page
- Date, time and time spent on pages
We use log data to keep the site running, fix errors, prevent abuse and understand which pages are used. We also use Google Analytics to measure traffic, which may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed and approximate location.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies such as web beacons to remember your choices, measure traffic and show ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so won't stop the calculators from working, but some site features and ad preferences may not be remembered.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We do not currently show advertisements, but we may use Google AdSense to show ads on this site in the future. If we do, third-party vendors, including Google, will use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
